Yes. Many of our collections and designs are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and uniqueness.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may return, but many are released as limited-edition collections. We recommend purchasing your favorite pieces before they sell out.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?

Do your bikinis run true to size?
Most styles run true to size. Fit may vary slightly depending on the design and fabric.
Can I purchase different top and bottom sizes?
Not online, but we do allow for custom design requests via DM on Instagram.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international locations.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. Processing times takes 3-5 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping options are available at checkout where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene standards, LEXISCUSTOMS does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not offer exchanges for any products. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Can I return a sale item?
No. All items, including sale, promotional, limited-edition, and collection pieces, are final sale.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Final Sale Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all LEXISCUSTOMS products are sold as final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by law or due to a verified fulfillment error on our part.

How should I care for my bikini?
To extend the life of your swimwear:
- Hand wash in cold water.
- Lay flat to dry.
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
- Avoid rough surfaces that may snag fabric.
- Rinse after swimming in chlorine or saltwater.
- Do not tumble wash or machine dry/dry clean.
